This Wednesday from 7 – 9:30pm, local artist Chuck Hirsch will be presenting a Historic Phoenixville Art Exhibit at the Schuylkill River Heritage Center . The event is free to the public.
You may also know Chuck from his framing expertise. His mother Freda is an incredible artist who also owns / runs Phoenixville’s oldest grocery store… Hirsch’s Grocery (147 Washington Ave).
